Shipping of the order

By default, orders are sent during next 24/48 hours after payment has been verified through SEUR 13:30 FRÍO with tracking number and delivery withour signature. There exist the option to send through SEUR 24H or Nacex for national shipments or similar global services to any other country. In that cases, the shipment will not be refrigerated, beint in some cases a bit cheaper.

To assure the maximum quality of our products, we will send all the chocolates refrigerated, no matter what option you have chosen. If you have chosen another method, we will contact you to rearrange the shipment, causing delays on the shipment.

You can ask for a tracking number (it will usually be sent automatically to your email before you ask for it), to follow your order online.

Shipment costs include manipulation and packing costs, as well as postal charges. Manupulation cost is fixed, while shipment cost may vary depending on the destination. We recommend you to group all your articles in one order, as we are not able to combine different orders in one shipment and the shipment coust will be charge at every order individually. We are not responsible of any damage after shipment, but will make our best to protect all the fragile articles.

We use big boxes and all your articles will be safe and well protected.

If you are not satisfied, you can effectuate the return of your orders realised on in our own online shop, sending an email to with the following data:

- Name and surname

- Contact (email and phone)

- Order number and date

- Code, name and value of every returning item

- Cause of return

- Place and date of pick up

The maximum returning period is 7 days after the receivement of the order.
